The ‘Bower House’ is situated on a north facing, corner block in Bokarina Beach, located on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Built by Westcon Site Management, in collaboration with MRA design, the project name was inspired by the native Australian bower bird, which is known for building intricate nests using natural materials, usually curved in nature and built amongst natural surrounds.
This home is 315m2 under roof, featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, double garage, dual livings areas, study and pool with outdoor shower. Located just a stone’s throw to the beach, The Bower House was built with sustainable materials, incorporating the use of eco-friendly products designed to combat the harsh Australian elements and withstand the test of time.
While this project did not come without its challenges, the innovative design and complex construction of The Bower House is something Weston Site management is proud to have accomplished.
